Vape Juice Trends: What’s Hot Right Now

Vape juice trends evolve with the preferences and demands of the vaping community. As of the most recent information available up to my last knowledge update in January 2022, here are some vape juice trends that were gaining popularity:

  1. Nicotine Salts (Nic Salts):
    • Nicotine salts gained popularity for their smoother throat hit and quicker nicotine absorption compared to traditional freebase nicotine. Many e-liquid brands started offering nic salt versions of their popular flavors.
  2. Dessert and Pastry Flavors:
    • Dessert and pastry-inspired flavors continued to be a trend, with vapers enjoying e-liquids that mimic the taste of cakes, pastries, custards, and other sweet treats.
  3. Fruit Blends with Menthol or Cooling Agents:
    • Fruit flavors infused with menthol or cooling agents remained popular, providing a refreshing and icy twist to traditional fruit blends. These flavors often appeal to vapers who enjoy a cool sensation during vaping.
  4. CBD and Hemp-derived E-liquids:
    • The interest in CBD-infused vape juices and e-liquids derived from hemp continued to grow. Vapers sought alternatives that incorporate cannabidiol for potential relaxation benefits without the psychoactive effects of THC.
  5. TFN (Tobacco-Free Nicotine):
    • TFN, or synthetic nicotine, gained attention as an alternative to nicotine derived from tobacco plants. Some vapers prefer TFN for its potential purity and lack of residual flavors associated with traditional nicotine.
  6. Limited Edition and Collaborative Releases:
    • Some e-liquid brands began releasing limited-edition flavors or collaborating with influencers and other brands to create unique and exclusive blends, creating excitement and anticipation among vapers.
  7. Zero or Low Cooling (No Ice) Variants:
    • While menthol and cooling flavors were popular, there was also a trend toward e-liquids without any cooling agents. Vapers sought a return to the pure flavor experience without the added sensation of menthol or koolada.
  8. Customizable Blends:
    • DIY and customizable e-liquid options gained traction, allowing vapers to personalize their blends by adjusting nicotine levels, VG/PG ratios, and flavor concentrations. Some brands offered customization services to meet individual preferences.
  9. Sour and Tangy Flavors:
    • Sour and tangy profiles, often inspired by candies and sour fruits, became a trend among vape shops looking for bold and intense flavor experiences.
  10. Natural and Organic Ingredients:
    • Some vapers showed a preference for e-liquids made with natural and organic ingredients. Brands promoting clean, transparent labeling and a commitment to using high-quality components gained attention.

It’s important to note that vape juice trends can vary regionally, and new trends may have emerged since my last update. Additionally, the regulatory landscape for vaping products is subject to change, which can influence the availability and popularity of certain e-liquid ingredients. Always stay informed about local regulations and product safety when exploring new vape juice trends.
